Joining The Program
To join Core Perks, creators must first meet certain qualifications to become eligible. Details regarding the qualification and eligibility requirements can be found here.
Upon meeting the qualification and eligibility requirements, creators will receive notification via email as well as will have the Enroll Now button enabled within their Perks Program page. Additionally, an indicator will appear next to the Create tab of the Core interface:
Please note that the notification to join Perks is automated, but if you have met the qualifications and believe you are eligible but have not yet received the notification, you may contact Support and we will look into it for you. Keep in mind that there are additional qualification requirements beyond game and creator performance that make one eligible for joining Perks.
Accounts must be active within the past 90 days to maintain eligibility for the Program.Accounts that are inactive for more than 90 days may be ruled ineligible for the Program until they become active again.
In the event a creator’s account has become eligible, but they have not yet joined the Program, they will have to re-qualify to become eligible again should their account become inactive prior to joining.

Enrolling in the Program
Once you have received the join/enrollment notification(s), follow the link in the notification to be brought to the Perks Program page. You must complete the Enrollment process to join and implement Perks.
Additionally, it is extremely important that you review the Perks Terms of Participation prior to enrolling.

Starting the Enrollment Process
Once eligible for the Program, the Enroll Now button on the Program page will be enabled and accessible:
- Click the Enroll Now button to begin the enrollment and onboarding process
- After clicking the Enroll Now button, you will be prompted to enter your two-factor authentication code (2FA code) before accessing the Program Enrollment page.
- Once you have entered your 2FA code, you will be brought to the Enrollment page:
Enrollment consists of completing two steps:
- Tipalti Payment Registration: Tipalti facilitates all payments to Program members on behalf of Manticore Games - more information on Tipalti can be found here).
- Participation Terms: All Program members must review and accept the Terms of Participation. For specific legal or tax questions, we encourage members to consult their own counsel as Manticore is limited in our ability to provide additional information beyond what is covered in the Terms.
After performing each step, the word Complete will display next to “Status” at the top portion of the screen.
Members must first complete the Tipalti Payment Registration before being able to agree to the Participation Terms.
Tipalti Payment Registration
Registration for Tipalti is completed on the Perks Program page. There are three primary steps to the registration process:
- Contact details such as name, address, etc.
Please note that all minors under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian complete this information on the minor’s behalf using the parent/guardian’s contact details. The parent/guardian is responsible for completing the Tipalti agreement(s) on the minor’s behalf.
- Preferred payment method
IMPORTANT: We encourage everyone to consult Tipalti’s comparison chart regarding the fees, advantages, and disadvantages of each payment method before deciding on which one to use. Manticore Games is unable to reverse payments once they have been made using the member’s chosen payment method. However, the member may change their payment method before the seventh day (7th) of the month prior to a payment being initiated.
- Tax forms
Manticore Games is unable to provide any tax, financial, or legal advice. We recommend that members consult their own tax, financial, or legal professional regarding the appropriate tax form(s) to complete. Additional information regarding tax forms can be found here.
After completing payment registration for Tipalti, Program members must also review and accept the Terms of Participation. Once you have reviewed and accepted the Terms, tick the box and click Submit to confirm your acceptance.
