About the Perks Program

Perks provides high-performing creators with the ability to monetize their games and get paid through buyback of their Earned Credits! Creators must be a member of the Perks Program in order to add monetization features to their games and be eligible for Earned Credit buyback.

Program Qualifications

In order to qualify for the Program, creators must have a minimum average of 50 DAU over the past 30 days for their game(s). Note that all of a creator’s games contribute to the average DAU for their account. What this means is that your average DAU can be based on one game or many games, as long as your total average DAU meets or exceeds the minimum.

Additionally, creators must also meet the following criteria:

  • Account is at least 30 days old
  • In good-standing (no significant suspensions, bans, etc.)
  • Have logged in to Core within the past 90 days
  • Provide Manticore and Tipalti with identification and tax information

I've Met the Qualifications - Now What?

Once you have met the qualifications for Perks, your account will automatically become eligible for participation. Soon after qualifying, creators will receive an email notification as well as the “Enroll Now” button on the Perks Program page will be enabled for users to click on

Please note that creators are not required to join the Perks Program once they have met the qualifications and are welcome to continue creating and playing on the platform should they not wish to participate in Perks.

For guidance on the process for joining Perks once eligible, check out this article.

Earned Credit Buyback

Perks creators are the only ones who have the ability to  implement Perks in their game(s). Players then spend their Core Credits purchased from the Core Shop to buy these Perks from the creator in-game.

The Core Credits earned by the Perks’ creator become "Earned Credits" and are eligible for buyback for real (fiat) currency by Manticore Games. Core Credits acquired by other means (for instance, through purchase or as a gift or bonus) are not earned and therefore are not eligible for buyback.

More information on the Earned Credit buyback process will be added soon!
