Content Moderation in Core
Core aims to maintain an experience that is enjoyable and fun for all walks of life! With our multiple methods of content moderation, we make all attempts to keep Core free from anything deemed offensive, objectionable, harassing, hostile, dangerous, or in violation of Core’s Code of Conduct.
Another purpose of moderation is to help protect other creators or a company’s intellectual property. This includes anything present in games, content, templates, and reviews found within Core or contained statements/actions by users while on the platform.
There are multiple components to moderation:
-
Core user and community-provided reports of violations and/or other Core users.
We take user reports of objectionable content or problematic users very seriously, so it’s encouraged you keep us informed of any breaches of Core’s Code of Conduct.
-
Monitoring and review of content and users by Core’s Moderation Team.
Not only do users have the option to report objectionable content, but our Moderation Team is proactive in keeping the platform conducive to Core’s Code of Conduct as well.
-
Suspension or removal of content found in violation.
Based on our own findings, along with reports submitted from users, we will take action and suspend users or remove content that goes against Core’s Code of Conduct.
-
Reviewing of discovered or reported violations and providing users steps to correct, if appropriate/applicable.
We also reach out to offenders and provide them with information on the offense and how it may be corrected.
-
Depending on the nature of violation, disciplining users as appropriate/applicable.
This may include warnings of suspension or banning if the behavior or objectionable content continues.
-
Any other actions deemed necessary by the Moderation Team to ensure an enjoyable and fun experience for all Core users.
Overall, however, the goal is to have fun! Check out some of these great games developed on the Core platform!
