Payments (Prizes, Core Perks, etc.)

Payments made to creators and players as prize winnings, for Core Perks, or for Creator Payouts are all made via Tipalti. You must register a Tipalti account to receive payments from Manticore Games.

Creating Your Tipalti Account

Upon winning a contest, tournament, etc., you will be contacted via email by a member of Manticore's Contests and/or Events Team. After completing the form included with their email, you will then be sent an invite to create a Tipalti account (if you do not yet have one). The invite to Tipalti can take up to two weeks, so please allow that time to pass before contacting the team or Support regarding the invite.You will only need to create a Tipalti account once (it can be used again for future payments).

 

Once you have completed the Tipalti registration, please allow additional time for payment(s) to be processed. See the Payment Processedand Where's My Payment? sections below for estimates on when payment should be received once processed (depending on your selected payment method)

 

Payment Processed

You will receive an email notification when your payment has been processed by Tipalti for Manticore Games. This notification informs you that Manticore has approved and submitted payment to your chosen payment method (e.g. PayPal, ACH, eCheck, wire transfer, etc.). Payments that have been designated as "processed" may not immediately post to your payment method or bank account and there can be a delay until the funds are available to you.

 

Where's My Payment?

Please note that the timeframes listed below are only effective once the payment has been processed by Manticore Games and Tipalti. They are only estimates and may vary.

Manticore Games and Tipalti aren't responsible for delays extending beyond the estimated timeframes listed below once payment has been processed.

PayPal Balance

It can take 3 - 5 business days for payments to be reflected in your PayPal balance. Please note that payments made to your PayPal account will only go to your PayPal Balance - you must then transfer from the PayPal Balance to your bank account, which can take additional time.

Automated Clearing House (ACH)

Payments made via Automated Clearing House (ACH) can take 3 - 5 business days to post to your account once processed. This does not include weekends and holidays.

eCheck

eChecks typically take the longest amount of time to post to accounts. They are different than Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT's) such as ACH and wire transfer. Please see below for estimated timeframes for an eCheck to post to your account:

  • US: Up to 6 business days
  • International: Up to 10 business days

Wire Transfers

Wire transfers are typically the fastest payment method. However, they also incur a large fee and can be very expensive, especially for smaller amounts. Any fees charged for a wire transfer are charged by the financial institution(s) processing the transfer and not Manticore Games, Inc.

They can take 1 - 3 business days to process for both domestic and international transfers.
